ITOLS (INTRODUCTION TO OUTDOOR LEADER SKILLS) is one of the BSA courses Scoutmasters and Assistant Scoutmasters are required to attend to earn the TRAINED emblem. ITOLS is a hands-on, fun filled, skill training program that is designed to help you become familiar with the basic camping skills required from Scout to First Class
